Terms and Conditions

  • Use of any of our services assumes that you have read and agree with Pet Professor terms and conditions.
  • An initial questionnaire must be completed prior to any training starting.
  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated and wormed at regular intervals
  • All dogs must be kept on lead until instructed otherwise
  • All dogs must be microchipped, and registration details up to date, with proof available upon request

Confidentiality

  • All customer records and information are kept in the strictest of confidence and is not shared with any third party. Any information shared with volunteer assistants or paid employees is strictly on a ‘need to know’ basis.
  • Email addresses will be used for the marketing purposes of Pet Professor. You can remove your name from this list at any time by email response or by request to Pet Professor.

Booking / Payment / Cancellation

In home consultations & training sessions:

  • No bookings are confirmed until Pet Professor has contacted you ‘the client’ to confirm the booking via phone call, SMS or email.
  • 50% of the consultation fee will be charged to the client for any cancellations made by the client within 24 hours of the arranged consultation unless specified by Pet Professor.
  • Payment for consultations are to be paid in full the day of completion of the consultation.
  • There are no refunds available on the consultation once the consultation has begun and thereafter.

Package Bookings

  • Packages purchased through Pet Professor have a 1-year expiry from date of purchase. These packages are non-transferrable to other clients. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Pet Professor and any changes to packages must be confirmed in writing.

Puppy School

  • No bookings are confirmed until a member of Pet Professor has contacted the client to confirm the booking via phone call, SMS or email.
  • No place on the puppy school is reserved until payment in full has been received for the course. Payments are to be made prior to the start date of the course.
  • There are no refunds available on the course once the course has begun and thereafter.

Online Consultations

  • Payment for consultations are to be paid in full upon booking the consultation.
  • Cancellations made by the client within 24 hours will charged the full amount of the consultation unless specified by Pet Professor.
  • Cancellations made by Pet Professor will be refunded in full.
  • There are no refunds available on the consultation once the consultation has begun and thereafter.

Webinars & Online Workshops

  • Payment is to be paid in full upon booking.
  • Cancellations made by the client within 24 hours will charged the full amount unless specified by Pet Professor.
  • Cancellations made by Pet Professor will be refunded in full.
  • There are no refunds available once the service has begun and thereafter.

Online Shop

  • Payment for goods are to be paid in full upon when ordering. 
  • There are no refunds available on the goods used and destroyed unless specified by the manufacturer. 
  • Order will be placed with Pet Professor suppliers within 2-3 business days, and shipped within 5. 
  • Orders that cannot be placed, e.g. due to stock issues, out-of-stock orders or discontinued items will be confirmed in writing to the customer and a refund will be made available. 
  • Where possible, alternative options to order will be offered and can be accepted by the customer.
